Packing Methods
Using our purpose built printing software "Printit ©" we are able to automate the generation of manufacturing and labelling documentation.
This software allows us to print vital information on the job sheet relating to a specific product supplied to a specific client. In the unfortunate event of a product being supplied to you that is not packed how you would like, or requires the machine operator to adhere to special instructions, we will record the relevant memo and link it to your product and your company, preventing the possibility of recurring fault. This way, if in the future a client was to place an order for something previously supplied years before, we will be reminded by the memo that appears when processing your order.
As mentioned above, it is also possible to label products displaying your company logo. Although the image appears in greyscale, various shades & density of black ink (not colour) it gives more of a personal touch to the products we are supplying on your behalf. Your logo can appear on a Label, Pallet Card or Delivery Note, the three most important places you want your company image to appear. If you also supply to other Merchants and do not want the risk of the image appearing then we can simply apply it to the pallet cards and delivery paperwork only, after all, pallet cards can be replaced easily.
