Delivery Methods
Using our purpose built despatch software "Shippit ©" we are able to track all despatches and keep track of all POD's (Proof Of Delivery.) On request we can deliver your orders to residensial or business addresses, on a Tail Lift vehicle with Pallet Truck, at a specific time on a specific day (even Saturdays,) on a specific size vehicle or even despatch overseas1. All goods are packed sufficiently enough to withstand weather conditions. If you require an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) then all you need to do is give us a quick call and we will let you know promptly.
To deliver your finished palletised goods we employ Dawson Haulage (an independant haulier) for local deliveries in the North West and, for 99% of deliveries further a field we employ the services of Palletline Distribution. For all parcel despatches we use UPS (United Parcel Services.) Any organisation that delivers goods on our behalf is under strict instuctions to use our paperwork. All product labels and delivery documentation is generated automatically and if you would like, we will even place your company logo's onto them. We currently hold a database of between 400 and 500 merchants, 90% of which ask us to deliver direct and are happy with the service we provide.
