Handwork Section
In our handwork section, we are equipped with five beam sealers that vary in size. This section handles all of the jobs that are either not suited to run on an automatic machines or those that have to be made by hand.

- Singularly Packed Items (i.e. Damproof Membrane, Point Of Sale Items)
- Unusual Shaped Items (i.e. Plane Wing Covers, Specially Shaped Covers)
- Bubble Bags & Sheets
- Portacabin Shrink Covers
- Lathe Covers
- Any other large items considered, printed or plain.
Handwork Section Machine Capabilities
Our beam sealers range from 1500mm through to 3000mm and can handle narrow width all the way up to 6000-8000mm+. Thicknesses vary from 20 micron (80 gauge) to 300 micron (1200 gauge) Spout Bag sealer can take widths upto 610mm (24") with a max spout approx 152mm (6") Circular Base Liners are manufactured to the required spec. Max diameter approx 1372mm (54") and maximum length 3000mm (118")
