Automatic Machines
Our production capabilities vary depending on the material width. Our Single form machines can convert up to 2000mm wide material and our Perf-On-Reel machines can convert up to 3000mm wide material. This does not mean that we can only supply product widths within these sizes, it is the maximum machine welding width.

Automatic Machine Capabilities
Perf-On-Reel Range:
- Using CFS, we can make bag products on the reel to whatever opening width you like but we are limited to 3300mm depth.
- Using LFT/GLFT we can make bag products on the reel to whatever length you like but we are limited to 3300mm open width (Closed width on GLFT.)
Single Form Range:
- Using CFS, we can make loose products to max 4000mm opening width and we are limited to 2000mm depth.
- Using LFT/GLFT we can make loose products to max 2000mm opening (Closed width on GLFT) and we are limited to 4000mm length.
Any product that falls out of this range would be manufactured on our Handwork Section.
