Handwork Section
Flextex manufacture a large range of products and it would be hard to list them all. This section covers most of the products we supply, if there is a product you require and it is not listed in either of the sections shown on the right, please contact us and we will clarify whether or not we can produce the item for you. It may just be a case that our listing needs updating.
The materials that we use are either chosen for the application or suggested by you. We work with LDPE, MDPE, HDPE, Mixed Densitys, High Performance/High Strength Blends, Co-Extruded Blends, Polypropylene & Linear Rich.
Thicknesses vary from 10 micron HDPE (40 gauge) to 300 micron LDPE (1200g.)
A large variety of colours are available, most are added by the extruder as master batches supplied by the likes of Schulman or Ferro. We can supply tinted materials or fully opaque. We can supply prime grade (recylable) or recycled materials. Perforations can be applied to expel air or condensation, these are applied as Microperfs (small pin prick holes,) 6mm punched perforations or Butterfly perfs (punch a hole but leave the fragment of material in place) for use in the food industry.

- In addition to manufacturing products we also provide material sales so your customer can cut the material down to the length they require. This includes form-fill-seal materials, shrink films and stretchwrap.
